Jimmy Wood is the Director-in-Charge of the Firm’s Audit and Accounting and Business Valuation services. He devotes a significant amount of time and effort toward client tax planning and compliance matters. He has expertise in the areas of automotive dealers, financial institutions, wholesale/retail trade, nursing homes, construction and real estate development. Jimmy serves on the Mississippi State CPA Peer Review Committee and performs peer reviews for CPA firms nationwide.
